- embezzlement, misappropriation, theft, misuse of school assets
- conflicts of interest, bribery, kickbacks, corruption, self-dealing
- accounting errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or internal control problems
- financial statement fraud, falsification of contracts, reports, or documents
- unfair labor practices, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or workplace violence
- identity theft, security of personal information, or FERPA violations
