Virtus Academy is leaning into the Project-Based Learning (PBL) portion of our charter component in an entirely new way. By shifting toward an intentional model, we are keeping the current urgent academic needs of our students at the forefront while still honoring our applied learning philosophy. This streamlined approach offers four distinct, developmentally appropriate performance opportunities for students to showcase high-stakes academic knowledge and creative mastery: the Knowledge Bowl, the 5th Grade Science Fair, the multigrade Science and Social Studies Digital Flashcard files, and the High School Anthology.
