Mandatory Public Financial Disclosures
Charter schools and traditional public schools are now bound by the same rigorous financial oversight laws. Charter schools must actively maintain and display the following documents on their public websites:
Annual Budgets: Proposed and finalized operational budgets.
Regular Financial Audits: Annual independent financial audit reporting deadlines must be strictly met and posted.
Transaction Registers & Credit Cards: Itemized public postings of regular transaction registers, including credit card statements and all individual purchases over $100.
