Program Director, Grades 4–6

Ms. Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Winthrop University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of NC at Greensboro, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Coastal Carolina. She was acknowledged as Virtus’s 2022-23 Staff Member of the Year by her peers and currently enrolled in the Foundations of Leadership Program through the South Carolina Department of Education.

As a previous PBL Coach with 19 years of experience in the field of education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Virtus Academy. Ms. Grady is passionate about promoting the socio-emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of all students while keeping them actively engaged in their learning journey. Throughout her career, she has successfully mentored diverse students, meeting their individual needs and helping them thrive. Teamwork, ethics, and values are integrated into every aspect of her work. Ms. Grady excels in managing school organizations, operations, and resources to create a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

Her dedication, expertise, and passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment empowers, inspires and guides our next generation of 21st Century Learners. She is excited to embark on a lifelong journey of making a lasting impact and shaping the future, one student at a time.
